We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our dot paintings. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer an exchange and return policy to ensure your experience with us is a positive one.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an artwork, please contact us via the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and specify which artwork you wish to exchange and for which other artwork from our collection you wish to exchange it. We will do our best to help you find a suitable alternative. Please note that any price differences between the artworks must be settled.

RETURNS
If you wish to return an artwork, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via the contact form. Please indicate your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the artwork.

OWN PHOTO DOT PAINTING
We do not accept returns for personalized dot paintings. As each painting is customized according to your specific requirements, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
